Élise Daly gained a BA Hons in Art & Design History, and then worked within the V&A as part of the super all-woman Contemporary Team. Cutting her teeth on a wide range of exciting exhibitions, installations and collaborations with other great galleries, including the RCA and Serpentine. She has had the privilege to work with some of leading figures in the art, fashion, design and museum world.  Following a spell here, she had a desire to make all sorts of things; and to create spaces and objects, so she trained at UAL, studying Interior & Spatial Design.  

Collectively, the past 3 decades have been spent working on a variety of art or design projects, ranging from 5* hotels to private high end spaces or even school dining halls, salutogenic causes and ESG innovations. Her lifelong love of Art, design and music, coupled with a desire to support the arts within the UK, and to bring British Contemporary art further into the countryside, has led to the establishment of Sister Contemporary, set in bucolic Goudhurst, Kent, TN17, which is conveniently just a hop, skip and jump between London and Coastal art scenes.  

Sister Contemporary is assisted by a superlative human and Edinburgh MA Art History undergraduate, Élodie Daly,   Élodie has a keen eye for emerging artists, research and market analysis.
